Dear Sirs, I am Rajeev Narayanan, a resident of House No. 7, Indira Nagar, Pallikulam, Kannur, Pin-670011, Kerala, India. I have been using TVs from various brands for the last 40 years or so and I have never faced any panel problem on these products. I am writing this letter to report a complaint about a defective Sony television which I purchased from Amazon online Shopping on the 22nd of Oct 2020. Below are the exact details of the product: Date of purchase: 22nd Oct 2020 Order No:[protected] Invoice No: IN-SCJB[protected] Product: Sony Bravia 164 cm, 4K Ultra HD smart, Aneroid LED TV Model: KD-65X7400H Total Cost: Rs 104990 Assured Warranty Period: one year The issue with the television is as follows: This TV stopped working exactly after 1 year 10 months of purchase due to the faulty panel as stated by the Sony Technician in attendance. I immediately purchased a new Panel on his advice on 23rd Nov 2022. Unfortunately, I was shocked to note that this renewed panel too failed on Sept 2024. Presently the above Sony Bravia TV which I purchased in 2020 is now rendered useless as a second new panel was unavailable. As a very unsatisfied and disappointed customer, I am appalled to note that the very reliable Sony India which has the best reputation on their TVs and other electronic products can be unreliable, especially when purchasing from Amazon online shopping. I am attaching the copies of the bills for your kind reference and perusal. Respected Sirs, I am now beginning to lose faith on the Sony Brand India service. Hence, I sanguinely request your good selves to send someone to replace the panel or exchange the product promptly so that my faith and confidence in you is restored.
