Hi, I own SONY LED TV Model No : KDL32NX650. It has a complaint of screen flickering.I gave a complaint in sony.They told Its board has gone.They ae not manufacturing the particular spare part.so they will replace with new tv for 14589Rs.we got mail reply from sony authorized service centre.This happened in february.after that I had a medical emergency situation and couldnt go there with the DD for 14589Rs. Now in May 1st week when i contacted them they are saying sony can't give the replacement.i totaly don't understand what is happening.we are asking for a spare part.Now sony is behaving like they don't have any responsibility.now its a situation like we should buy new tv. I have purchased a SONY TV model KDL46W700A through Reliance Retail Ltd, Chennai vide Bill No.1 Store No.8979 on 25th April 2014. It was working till 21st May 2018 and from the next day onwards the TV is not working. I made a complaint with Sony Service Center and the staff attended the complaint and came out with a report saying that the display panel has gone out. Based on this the SONY Service Center informed me that the spare would cost about Rs.31000/-
It was very shocking to note that such a reputed brand TV could survive just only for four years like other local brands. I have bought this set after thorough search for best TV and feed back and ultimately I have chosen SONY TV. Hence my trust on SONY brand have gone away.
Now I would like the TV people to replace it, since it has just functioned only for four years and that too the amount of Rs.31000/- is not affordable being a retired person.
I request the authority to solve this issue at once, since the set is indispensable for my day to day life and hope the reply would be positive.
