[Resolved] Sony India — Unable to watch zee 5 on new smart led tv | ||
I purchased a new smart led sony tv on 17th oct 2021 since then i am connecting with customer service(unable to watch movies on zee5) and have dropped a mail still no resolution from their side. Team is not providing any resolution and not even replying on mail. Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis. Was this information helpful? | ||
Nov 10, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Received a reply on mail from mail id [email protected]“We would request you to be patient on this as we are trying our level best to resolve your concern” i have been following up since last 10 days but they dont have any turn around time and neither they reply properly. Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | ||
