Sony India — We bought new tv but the dealer of Darling digital world at Cuddalore gave old demo tv

Hi sir/madam,

I would like to know regarding buy new Sony tv issue. We bought new Sony Bravia KD 55X8000H model tv two week ago.. and we payed Rs 80000 100% money on the spot in Cuddalore darling Digital world. But your dealer gave us the demo tv ( used tv ) after I bring open and see at my hose physically minor damage look like already used tv then we get very angry about the issue..then we contact the dealer and argue with the dealer regarding the issue they say this packing from Sony we don’t know about this like used condition of this Sony tv. event they do not accept then we taken the picture minor damage place from the tv and send to them then only they agreed to change new tv I have attached tv bills they sale is first bill ( demo tv) and I have attached second tv bill after long argument with them . My question why your dealer gave used tv. (Demo tv).? Customer buy new tv but digital darling world dealer gave old used tv. How can this possible..? this direct cheating we get very with darling digital world at Cuddalore . any way they changed new tv give us after very long argued with them later one week. this is my PH number [protected].
