Sony Liv — Subscription not activated & Have been charged twice

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased one month subscription for sony liv for rs 299.00 on 29.09.2020. After payment my subscription has not been activated till now, also I have been charged twice. This amount got deducted twice from my Bank account. From yesterday, I have been sending messages through the sonyliv app but no action has been taken. Have send email as well at [protected]@sonyliv.com. But, no one contacted till now. There is no contact number of customer care where I can contact by calling them over phone. Please request them to refund my money which was deducted twice as now I don't need this subscription because of their poor customer care support.
