I am sunil hela from durgapur..10 th oct 2023 i buy a ticke for journey durgapur to danlop .. karunamoyee 7: 20 a.m bus ticket..but by mistake i seat in 7: 10 a.m karunamoyee bus...in this situation i suffering many problems in the bus ..in this situation the bus ticket cheker was told me the again buy a ticket or either get down from the bus ..in this situation i call the helpline number [protected] and the person misbehave very badly with me ..he has no solution for my problem ..then again buy a ticket for same journey...i requested to sbstc higher authority please learn your employee how to behave a passenger..they had no ride to misbehave any passengers...my final submission is please help the passengers problem ...

    I am a regular passanger of SBSTC. I travel from Durgapur to Purulia frequently, bus timing 6.00 AM at City Centre, Durgapur. My complain is to you that is condition of the busses of this route is very bad and very uncomfortable as the journey is about 4 hrs and it would be easier to travel with a good condition of the busses. WB 39 A 3574, the seats are broken, seat no 43, 44, 45 as per I have seen. Sometimes busses are breakdown due to lack of maintenance. Hope you will understand the issue and you will provide a good solution.

      The bus which start from Durgapur at 2:10 pm today on 30 sept 2023 for Purulia didn't stop at Raniganj . even though the seats were vaaccant . This is not only the first time it's very usual for them. When I reached Asansol it already left Girja more before time . I think privatisation has taken over their puntuality

        Money not refunded

        On 26.09.2023, evening, I was booking a ticket for Karunamoyee to Asansol, 6:00 am (for 27.09.2023) SBSTC bus for the seat no. 44 and after entering the otp while making the payment, the money (₹185/-)got deducted from my account but the ticket wasn't booked, it showed error. Then I had to rebook the same seat with an additional ₹185/- for the very next day for my journey. The money deducted has not been credited yet. I wanted to inquire...

        Today, i.e. 23rd Sep 2023. I boarded 8:25am sbstc bus from city centre Haldia. I had already booked my tickets on 22nd of September seat number 24. After getting on the bus when I asked the person seating on my seat to leave it. That person started humiliating publicly. And being a lady I had to listen to all the irrelevant words over there. The conductor was just seating without any response. I kept on asking him what was happening but he was being ignorant for the whole fact. This is the worst experience of traveling in sbstc for past 15 years. I don't know how you people train the service providers or even you take any actions against the conductors. But still I would like to make a note of it to be seen by the authority and do something in future. I cannot return back the humiliation I faced without any reason... but would want nobody especially girls to go through this.

            This is to inform you that Haldia to Kolkata AC bus at 8:15 am on 14.09.2023 was cancelled from SBSTC. My ticket was booked with booking id:33331206, booked date:12.09.2023 but cancelled from your end without any prior intimation.
            I want refund for an amount of Rs.420 and if you don't process my refund then I will submit the complain of fraud from SBSTC to consumer court and police station.

              I purchased 3 tickets on 02/09/2023 via SBSTC App of 04/09/2023 Garia Digha (5.40 AM) route which was reserved upto Contai. Ticket No P[protected]. Total fare was 414. But for an unknowing reason the bus got cancelled and we were not informed by the authority. Then we visited Garia Depot and we have to travel by 6.30 AM bus by paying another 414.
              We need full refund of money with proper action.

                  I am travelling on Digha Bus, Bus no 3059.
                  The condition of the bus is too poor to carry passengers it’s a risk on citizens’ life
                  Seats are broken, water leaking bus floor is looking like flooding and the windows are broken even the body of the bus is also so poor.
                  People have no choice but to travel on this bus but the transportation department can at least look upon this matters
                  People travelling with fair fare.

                      This is to bring to your kind notice that the above referred bus used to run on daily basis but for the last few days irregularities have been noticed by us. I, being a daily passenger and a resident of a remote village known as Dilakash(within the local area popularly known as Rajbalhat) is a worse sufferer of the said situation...
                      Hence I request you to look into the said matter and resolve the matter at the earliest because it becomes impossible for the daily passengers to travel to such remote area Dilakash at night without the said Haldia -Rajbalhat via Dharmatala night bus...

                          I had ticket from Burdwan to Karunamoyee. I missed my bus due to route change of Bus. Earlier I take my bus from Birhata. Recently they have changed the route. Now all bus will go via Alisha only. Many people who purchased the ticket online were not aware about this. There should be proper communication.
                          Please refund our money and take some action against it.

                            I have booked a ticket online on 03.08.2023, from Kolkata Esplanade to Purulia, for 04.08.2023 at 6.45 A.m, in the name of Prabir Kanti Dey, seat no 24. When I came to board the bus, I came to know that the scheduled bus is cancelled. I need my money to be refunded at the cancellation caused me utter inconvenience and harrasment.

                              Please tell all the conductors of sbstc bus to behave properly with passengers. Sometimes they make foul behaviour with passengers, today I had also bad experience. I saw some other grievances..anyway in my first complaint I am writing any details. But tell all the conductors to behave properly. Next time with complaint i shall forward my complaint to the all concerning authorities.

                                Wb39b1050 this bus conductor halting the bus in dankuni, singur and taking passengers without electronic ticket, although these are not stopages.There is no more seats left, passengers are standing on the bus resulting over crowded cabin

                                      I would like to inform that I have not received my refund for a cancellation of a bus on July 5th at 4.10 pm. I already mail about it to the sbstccontrol mail id, however, no action has been taken yet. I have not received any update since the. Urgent attention on this matter is highly appreciated.
