I tried to book ticket on 08.03.2019 from asansol to karunamoyee for journey date on 09.03.2019. Money deducted from bank account of axis bank during online payment but ticket not generated due to some error. This was happened from sbstc user account. I again tried booking of the same and second time booking was successful. So i request you to refund the money for unsuccessful booking immediately Pradip sinha ray M. I have payment online Rs330 ., but no ticket booked. I have booked for seat no 46, 47, 48 SBSTC bus 17:30.

On 19/04/2019 I purchased online tickets for 2 passengers from Midnapore to Kolkata for the Journey date 21/04/2019. The system deducted the ticket fare including service charge Rs: 220/- from my Bank account though Ticket not generated. Hence I am claiming Refund my deducted amount. Kindly arrange to refund my money immediately
Today on 23/02/2020 i have booked ticket in sbstc bus log in portal.
Amount deducted from Bank account ( HDFC debit card ) but ticket not confirmed .
The details:
journey place ; Kolkata to Asansol
date : 24/02/2021
time of journey : 7.A.M.

amount deduced : Rs. 180/-
payment ref. No : VF[protected]
kindly arrange to refund my money immediately.

Today 14/09/2023, I have booked a ticket of seat number 3 for the bus from Kolkata to Haldia 6:30A.M.. At beginning in the SBSTC app a payment failed message came, without any other attempt i rushed to the counter and took a physical ticket. When I was about to avail the bus, I recieved a message regarding the deduction of ₹110 from my account, i rushed to the counter to ask if seat number 3 is booked online, I was informed no it was a physical ticket, I even checked the same with a passenger later who received the ticket for seat no. 3. I was informed my refund will be credited. Please look into the same and resolve this issue.
