This connects to the series of email, complain made on your online portal multiple times and several telecommunications done with your customer care executives regarding the subject. It is very disappointing that after lapse of more than a year, the complain is still to be addressed.

Subsequently in another online complain dated 1st nov, 2019, i have apprised sbstc about the bus leaving directly from outside the dedicated bus stop without any announcement and enquiry person at counter wrongly informing of bus departure status. This made us and 4-5 more person miss the bus and take later bus by paying the full fare again, which could also be checked at your end. The details of the ticket are as under:
