South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Request for refund of amount spent on booking | |
Sir, I had booked a ticket online through the SBSTC app for a trip from Bankura to Karunamoyee in AC Volvo (3.15 pm). The trip details are Trip date:16/04/3021; Booking ID 23797774; Tkt No P[protected], Booking date:[protected]. The trip was canceled by the operator because of the breakdown (?) of the bus. I came to know about the cancellation on reaching the terminus and no intimation was received from the operator’s end about the cancellation. I had to make alternative arrangements for the trip at a much higher cost as I had to cast my vote on the next day. I am yet to receive the refund of Rs 360/- spent on the booking. Attaching screenshots of the ticket and the debit amount from the SBI account page. Request you kindly look into the matter and resolve this and oblige. Thanking you.
