South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — sbstc booked ticket cancellation policy | |||||
I have booked ticket for sunday. But i wanted to cancel it as i will be unable to travel on that date. But in online booking site of sbstc i was unable to cancel my tickets. But in the cancellation policy it's not clearly mentioned that booked ticket can be cancelled up to 2 hrs prior to the departure. But there is no option to ancel the ticket. With due regards I would like to inform you that when we book tickets for Burdwan from Purulia we have to pay Rs 210/ - charges for Esplanade . As there is no programming done for Burdwan. The charges are 140 /- but we pay 210/- for a seat to be booked in advance. It is very unfair.
