Dear sir/ ma'am,
Wrong meter is installed at my house which is located in rajpur prakhand mangaraon panchayat vill rauni, distt - buxar. I had given written complaint to je in 2018 itself. But issue was not resloved. Again i made a online complaint. But without proper resolution call was resolved.. Please check and resolve the issue. Details are as follows:

I havnt got my electricity bill since last 1 year. I have requested in nearby office many times but they are not taking any action. Always they are saying we will do right now. I have complaint 6times in the office but no one is taking any action

I am from DEHRI-On-Sone near municipality.We are out of electricity whole night in this intolerable temperature

i am from city Ara mp bagh pather gali.
iam complain regularly cutting electricity at night in 11pm to 5am so please slove this problem properly.

In chanakya vihaa colony, ambedkar path, bailey road...there is no light from 5hrs and when i complaint against this on give number i.e.[protected]...that person doesn't help me...and behave very very very badly...please provide light and i request you to strict action will be taken against this number

Dear sir,

We have got much more electricity bill during April may June as we are not using heavy electricity items .
There is some fault in meter .

Please look into the matter as soon as possible.
