South Eastern Railway — my tdr request has not been processed since last 6 months

Dear sir, refund of fare – pnr no. [protected].

This is for your kind information that i filed tdr for e-ticket refund of travelling on train (22406) garib rath (From anand vihar to allahabad).

In fact, i couldn’t travel on this train as train was running more than 14hrs late on that day.

Even after lapse of more that four months, i do not know the fate of my claim towards refund of fare.

Kindly look into the matter and arrange for refund as soon as possible.
