Dear Sir/Madam, Its a shame to have over a thousand people stand in such a hit temperature outside platform 10 on 24th March 2017 night without the train coming on time. Though u had sent an sms, we appreciate for that, but no one in enqueries knew about the same. There should be alternate arrangements when you reschedule the train timings, central railway station pf.no. 10 is full of stink & Mosquito's. How do one wait for over 3 hrs. We need an expellation. Who is responsible for this?
