For transparency and convenience of the members on their accounts, why digitization not to be done for the accounting mechanism of sreccs/chennai & trichy till such time? Moreover, these societies till following the stone age system of keeping books & registers with manual entry by employing double the staff. It is suspicious that why these societies are not implementing digitization in accounting system so the members can view their accounts at any time as implemented by screccs and creccs. Railway administration and concerned governed body may look in to this aspect.
