Southern Railway — I am complaint for booking counter irritation for sending cargo

I am request for sending cargo mangaluru junction(kankanady) to gujrat(varuval) but railway booking counter missbehave with me and passengers also .booking form page he turr and and said go out side he came at the duty time 9:00 o clock PM he looks young i request to passengers when you are booking the ticket plz use cellphone and on the camera and see for the madnesses this is for effective night passengers.
