Southern Railway — money refund | |||
I am kasi a, i am from madurai, i booked train ticket for 12 persons from madurai to raichur, in counter ticket by using sbi credit card for journey on[protected] afterwards due to some personal, i cancelled 4 tickets. Still now i didn't get my refund money, i will went there for 3 times but there is no response. I ask the reservation superintendent, he simply say it will take more time to refund, afterwards he gave a landline no:[protected] and email: [protected]@irctc.co.in. That landline simply ringing only no response. Dear sir, train no 66018 Vellore to beach, in first class coach no proper ticket checking.everyobe traveling here so even we have buying first class ticket not getting seat.mostly occupied by second class.please take immediate steps.
