Southern Railway — Platform ticket denied | |
Hi, My name is Karuppiah and am residing at Chennai. due to some medical emergency my mother is going to Tirunelveli from chennai Tambaram in train no# 06723 / MS QLN EXPRESS . She is not a educated person, in ticket counter railway employees refused to give me a platform ticket and they aid fo amd ask the railway police whether you can go or not and to ask further details & Railway police told me that it's your own risk to enter the station without a platform ticket and we will not allow you to go and help you mother travel in the train.i explained the situation as she is not educated and how she can find a coach and get in by identifying it .they did not understand the situation .this not the way the southern railways (Indian railways) treat it's people.i request the concerned person to take necessary action to help the people of India to travel in Indian railways and I am demanding an appologies from southern railways for the inconvenience caused, below I have mentioned the journey details for your information.
