Dear sir Please find attached notification, I would like to bring into your notice that train was cancelled and after some days it was again rescheduled this information i did not get from irctc/railway dept through either sms and email, i only came to know that on 02.10.2019 at 2pm (It was journey date) from one of my friend that train was rescheduled. So as per your reason for repudiate, how would i surrender ticket before 4 hours of scheduled journey. When train was cancelled, i called so many times to irctc customer care, they said no need to cancel the ticket becuase ticket will be cancelled automatically and i will get full refund. So kindly look into the matter and justify yourselves. Pnr number [protected], reference no :[protected].
