Southern Railway — Ticket deposit refunds | |||||
Respected sir/madam As I have cancelled my ticket in ernakulam station on 17th of January 2017 and had received a TDR letter from the railway station and posted it to tykadu post trivandrum on 25th of January and when I called to the your office of tykadu post the person in charge said that it has already been sent to trichy office on February 05 2017 and approved for Rs.1940 but till now it has not been debited or delivered to my account or place can you please let me know about the refund because no one is taking any action on this when called to the office the official who recive the call doesn't know about this Ticket pnr no . [protected] TRD RECEIPT NO.319325 Ticket cancelled date is one 17.02.2017 at ernakulam railway station at 8.30am The ticket was done through the booking window of BSK 2ND stage BDA complex bangalore with my debit card of THE KARNATAKA BANK LTD [protected] card number Please let me know ASAP Thanking you Badrinath isthuru [protected].
