Southern Railway — Uts mobile app payment gateway restricted with paytm

Hello,

This is kowsigan i'm a first class season ticket passenger (uts : c2fcblyoe1)

I would like to understand why uts moble app payment gateway is restricted only with paytm. and why other payment gateway for net banking & plastic cards are not available.

And why paytm collects service charge:rs. 10/- per transaction.

This creates a strong doubt that does southern railway is working in favor of paytm.
