This company used to give service on a prepaid basis.in june, when i was making payment, the payment was transferred twice. They said they would give service until december. But, we have not been provided with the service for the last 4 months. Repeated calls to the customer care have been ignored. My email to them has also been ignored. Can i get a redressal for this?

Hi,

I have register complaint against Spark broadband to police station, request you all to complaint as it they have closed all the offices of south mumbai and ran away with customer money.

Even in my area they have cheated lot of people.

Some how I got a number i.e., [protected] he is telling he is just handling dadar area and disconnection phone everytime.

This is height of frustration.
