Internet services have been stopped since 4 months. Prior to that the wi fi would be down frequently. There is no response on the customer care lines and email. The local office employees said that they only took up installation requests and did not help with customer service. Overall there is no provision of the promised internet service or customer care service at all. Fees for the period of one year has been collected by the spark sales employee.

Updated by poojasan The spark employees need to respond to explain why the services were not provided and provide a refund of the annual fees paid before renewal of wi fi services, Rs 5500.

Hi,

I have register complaint against Spark broadband to police station, request you all to complaint as it they have closed all the offices of south mumbai and ran away with customer money.

Even in my area they have cheated lot of people.

Some how I got a number i.e., [protected] he is telling he is just handling dadar area and disconnection phone everytime.

This is height of frustration.
