This is a fraud company. Today on 24 april 2019 I got a call from advocate Ishita More who sent me an advocate firm asking me rs 20999 to solve the case otherwise a legal notice will be sent. She further warned me that this would totally destroy my career.

Every thing is just trap, same syam paper number in each case itself proves they are cheaters, say them to file the case if they have guts

I was approached by this company data filling solutions to start work from home form fillingon this site - https://australianformfilliith my user id as dfs[protected]. They just asked my aadhar. I gave in as the offer looked good and am good in data entry. She sent a sms and link on my mobile and asked to sign on screen. Which was copied on a indian non judicial rs100.00 stamp. Later a verification call happened (Which they should have recorded too) giving few terms and asking my approval to issue work load. They said there should be no secondary ip address and not more than 200 mistakes.
I started working. Unaware that the wifi internet connection via phone may? Might switch ip addresses at any given moment.
I completed almost 160+ forms and suddenly the account got logged today morning. (https://australianformfilling.com/work/login/banned) with a message -
Software crashed due to 2 login/2 ip found.
I was worried as i was losing task time and then searched on internet about changing or shifting of wireless ip address and knew what this company will play next.
Then a legal department called in, stating they are calling from gujarat high court and their client has filed a complaint against contractual terminated. Would you like to check email and pay the fees of 55000/- against the loss faced by this company due to your ignorance and or look to reconcile this by paying legal fee and software usage fee and get rid of running to courts and attending hearings.
I simply replied madam am out i will check and revert.
She almost threatened that then we should inform court that you do not have time to all this and you will pay for the consequences.

Abusive Word : Section 66 A shall be imposed for using abusive words with our client and advocate legal firm.
Non Payment : If payment is not done then your case shall be transferred for further proceeding at an arbitrary court. An arbitrary and conciliation act of 1996 as per an article 14 shall be imposed on you and you might need to pay Rs. 3, 50, 000/- to 4, 00, 000/- for total loss to our client.
Legal Notice : It is like a final warning to the receiver that the sender is all prepared to initiate a legal action and it is the final opportunity for the receiver to resolve the issue i hand properly.
Summon Letter : if you don't reply on the time period it means that t/c you agree and you may on the fault and as per notice you are disrespecting the notice and law so as per the court summon letter will be issued it is to notifying a named party that a case involving it and that it must an appearance on the stated date to answer the charges or give evidence.
Failure to obey summon may result in issue of warrant of arrest and not settling the dispute will land up you in mess and we need to proceed this case further for an arbitrary proceedings.
