[Resolved] Spectranet — mockery of customer care | |
To report some connectivity issues with Spectranet I am trying their customer care number[protected] since 6 PM today. This number rings 4 -5 times and disconnects! When it connects and I dial in IVR options, I am put on hold for over 12- 15 minutes after which I anyways disconnect the call. Classic example of Mockery of Customer Care Service!
