Yesterday i visit south city located spensers at south kolkata. After purchased some grocery items. They charge extra rs 5/ for plastic bags. Why they charge extra for bag to carry some grocery items which i purchased from their store. This is their responsibility to provide me bags to carry items. And they also print their departmental store name on the bag. So they can use their client to for their publicity. Kindly take strict action against them. Spencers forced me to pay illegal amount to them which was totally unethical. I want my money back along with compensation. Was this information helpful? |
