While traveling with spicejet on 12th June, 2022 From Hyd to Delhi my baggage was misshandle by the airline.
Even after putting up a complain at Delhi airport I did not get any update from there side as I was informed i will get a call with in 48 hr, until I tweeted them and asked about it from my side.
After writing a lot of mail to them they came to the conclusion that "the damage happens at the time of loading or offloading the baggage which does not warrant any compensation" from there side. I don't understand this!!
After paying thousands of rupees and putting up so much trust on company, this is what I get in the name of "service".
I am highly disappointed from SpiceJet.
And when we are putting up some much trust on a airline while traveling how can they say that, they are not responsible for the misshandling of the baggage. When I gave my baggage during checkin it is there responsibility to take care of the baggage untill i collect my bag from them. Why are we paying some much money to them then?
If they can't handle a baggage how can someone expect from them to handle so many people. I have never seen anyone so irresponsible towards their duties. I[censored] can't handle a check-in baggage spicejet, better allow customer to take their every baggage with them because you guy have failed in fulfilling your duties because of your negligence. And I am not the first person who is facing this issue there are a lot people who has suffered from the same.
Paying thousands of rupees and this the kind of service i get and even after informing their mistake they are trying to hid behind the bushes. Was this information helpful? |
