Spice Jet Airlines — baggage delayed and not yet delivered even after 4 days

I the undersigned arif tigadi was travelling by spicejet airlines from dubai to mumbai on 7th august, flight no sg 14, pnr t471gb, upon arriving i was informed that my baggage dint arrive and it will be delivered to my address the next day, it's been 5 days and i have no information from spicejet, i have been trying to coordinate through belgaum office but yet i have no answere nor any information.
I have come for a vacation to my hometown to celebrate eid, and flying back on 17th, the valubales inside the bag are more than 40, 000 inr keeping aside the baggage value.
I would like to get compensated for the loss and the inconvenience they have caused me due to the delayed baggage
