Spice Jet Airlines — baggage not received/misses

Dear sir/madam,
My pnr is wdd9gd, dated 02/08/19 from dxb - gop, mr sheikh mashiha, the baggage is not received yet. I came on occasion (Festival) of the eid-ul-azha. The airlinece is lost the baggage. I call several times to customer care and twitter also but reply only my team is working.
I have complaint several times but not reply satisfactory.
