Spice Jet Airlines — Booking did not generate pnr but amount deducted

I made the payment on 3 september 2021 for bengaluru to dharbhanga flight and pnr was not generated while amount was deducted.
i am attaching the screenshot and the amount detected was 4438 rupees.
i had to pay again. please do something, i am a student.
