[Resolved]  Spice Jet Airlines — Embrassment and Loss of money by travelling by Spicejet, PNR-S59QUS

Sir, I and my wife visited Srinagar, J& K and travelled by Spicejet airlines and travelled on 5th June, 2014 and 9th June, 2014 for to and fro journeys. The ticket was got booked from Spicejet and no Agency was involved in it. My office wrote a letter to custrelations @spicejet.com enquiring about the booking of ticket and in turn Spicejet confirmed that the ticket was confirmed from Satkar Travels Pvt. Ltd. I am to say that I had travelled to avail my Leave Travel Concession (LTC) and never contacted Satkar Travels Pvt. Ltd. for getting my ticket booked. The name of Satkar Travels and its address etc. are also not available on the ticket available with me or on Net for the above PNR. Satkar Travels is not authorised to book LTC tickets for Government Servants and thus my office has started recovery of amount of Rs.38600/- of air fare from me. This has happened only because your office has intimated the name of Satkar Travels to my Office. I could not understand how you have mentioned the name of Satkar Travels Pvt. Ltd. in letter sent to my office and to me too. As per my information the address and other details of Satkar Travels Pvt. Ltd. are not available with your office also. Had I known earlier that you have booked my ticket from quota of Satkar Travel Pvt. Ltd., I would have preferred not to travel by that ticket because I know that Satkar Travel is not an authorised agent. I am to emphasize that due to wrong done on your part I had to suffer a financial loss of Rs.38600/- apart from embarrassment, loss of image and dignity. I request you to give the correct information to my office so that I may request to my office not to recover Rs.38600/- from me otherwise I will have to take resort of appropriate court to seek justice.
