I am Surya Prakash Rathi. I booked tickets for two from Srinagar to Delhi in Spicejet on September 19th’2014. The details of the tickets are as follows: PNR NO : H5J2NP Date of Journey : 26th Sept.’2014 Flight No. : SG 854 Name of the Passengers: Surya Prakash Rathi and Shashank Gupta Travel Date Flight No. From / Terminal To / Terminal Dep Time Arr Time Fri 26 Sep, 2014 SG 854 Srinagar Delhi / T1C 04:30 PM 05:40 PM At the time of booking, the airline company was offering full refund on cancellation of ticket from Jammu and Kashmir because of the flood. According to their website, this offer was valid till 15thOct.2014. But when I called them to cancel my ticket on 25th September’2014, they said the policy has been withdrawn just a day before i.e. on 24th September’ 2014. They refused to refund the full amount. The company has cheated me by making an offer and then withdrawing the offer before time. I have been refunded the amount after deducting a total of Rs. 3000/- The details of my call to the customer care of the company are as follows: Contact Person : Lokesh Kumar Date and time of call : 25th Sept’2014 @ 18.38 p.m. Duration of call : 27.42 min.     HI Team, I booked a flight on 4 april from Spice jet, consider the below details onward * Chd to Delhi (15 nov) PNR UBKMKN (9:45 AM- 10 : 50 Am) * Delhi to Goa (15 Nov)PNR U6YE2M (1:45 Pm- 4: 10 Pm) Return * Goa to delhi (20 nov)PNR U6YE2M (1:45 Pm - 4:25 Pm) * Delhi to chd (20 nov) PNR UBKMKN (6:10 Pm- 7:15 Pm) and i booked a hotel(Resort Terra Paraiso - A Boutique Beach Property Gauravvaddo, Calangute, Bardez Goa Goa) in goa with 30.000 Issue is that today i got a mail from spice jet that your flight from delhi to goa is now prepond to 1:45 to 12: 20 PM . Then i called a customer care of spice jet to discuss about how can i manage my time between two flights. when i called to spicejet customer care on 16 Oct then I got a shocking news from customer care that my flight from Chd to Delhi is cancelled of 15 Nov . I got a mail from spicejet on 18 nov that my flight is cancelled but most shocking news i got on 22 oct that my flight no is changed from Chandigarh to delhi . which were already cancelled from Chandigarh to Delhi.         Dear Spicejet I had booked tickets to home for Diwali many months before Diwali. Now I get a message that my flight is cancelled. This is very unfair. This is unbearable. My PNR for the flights are VBTLQN. (Bangalore - Visakhapatnam - Bangalore) Please arrange for an alternate flight or else face consumer court. You can't play with people's emotions on Diwali.           Hi, We had a booking that cost us 75, 000 from Bangalore - Surat from 23rd Oct to 26th Oct 2014. And this was for our presence in our sisters engagement which is indispensable for us to attend. Now just 5 days left for the travel, I get a message about cancellation of the flight. I am mentioning 5 days because flight charges now for the travel are exorbitant and we are not getting any train tickets either. I called up the customer care and came to know that the flight is cancelled as it is not operating. And no other reason. And no other option for any other bookings I am so so so disappointed with this. I need some authoritative person to get back to me ASAP on this. Pl call at [protected] -Apsara/Yogesh

            WHILE OUR RETURN JOURNEY FROM PORTBLAIR TO CHENNAI OUR NEW BAG WAS DAMMAGED. THERE IS A BIG CUT AND ONE CATER WHEEL WAS TOTALLY BROKEN. ONE MORE COMPLAINT ABOUT WHEELCHAIR FOR MY MOTHER WAS NOT PROVIDED AT PORTBLAIR AIRPORT BY YOUR STAFF EVEN AFTER Repeated reminders they send helper but he don't come after security check and run away. i p[ersonally took my mother by pushing wheelchair which is not good at all. Now looking to current scenario, i have cancelled my tour for kashmir and it is genuine reason. Now you are giving 100% refund who have booked flight till 30th oct, but do you think looking to current situation - one can travel to kashmir in november month. After flood, news going on for firing and war. so politically scenario is not good to travel. You give me assurance from local government that if tourist travel in november month, they are 100% safe then i will surely travel in november. Understand client request which is 100% genuine. I request you to refund 100% and not charge cancellation fees on my booking. If i will not get 100% refund then i will approach to legal and media platform to justify my query. I am belongs to legal family background. Awaiting for your positive answer to my query and give me satisfactory answer within 48 hrs. I have got full refund from indigo airlines for my travel date 5th novemeber otherside spice jet denied to give 100% refund. client has to bare 1500 per passenger and 300 per passenger from yatra so total amount Rs. 1800 per passenger which is not satisfactory in cause natural calamity reason.                     This is to inform you that I am really disappointed with the SpiceJet services. I booking for travel on 16 oct and few days before I am getting messages and not even a phone call that your flight has been cancelled plz book alternate flight. No one in customer care ever picks up the call. After repeatedly calling I asked them to book alternate flight to whic they complied. Again 1 day later they called me to inform that it is also cancelled and connecting flight is only available for the next day. How irresponsible is this ? How can you expect people to arrange for accomadation in a new city at the last moment. This should really be looked into and action should be taken as soon as possible.

                      dear sir, i would bring to your kind notice that my two daughters, khushi n krishi travelled from kolkatta to chennai in SG324 SPICEJET on sun 5th oct 2014. while entering the airport and at spicejet counter ms. deepmala an employee of spicejet in kolkatta demanded a sum of rs 1500/- as UNMR charges from the kids inspite of all the fares and tickets booked in advance. as they were not carrying cash and my daughters are frequent flyer they were made to cry and called my relatives to pay the UNMR charges which they have said it is compulsory to pay.. my kids got frightened and as they have to board the flight they somehow borrowed and managed to pay the amount. then one of the staff of spicejet took them to the flight and informed the crew of the spicejet to handover the kids to their parents. after landing in chennai none of the crew staff escorted the child and they were left alone stranded. my daughter collected the baggage and came out alone. as under UNMR charges policy if the amount is paid it is the duty of the airlines and its crew to handover the kids to their parents. i request the consumer forum to get back the refunds money not only which is paid but also an apology letter from spicejet for the harasment to the kids and mentally disturbing and creating a factor of fear to the parents without escorting the kids and leaving alone. looking forward from you an severe action against the airlines staff. regards rakesh jain

                        I booked 2 Tickets for Delhi Coimbatore Sector on October 1st for travel date of October 8th 2014. Amount for 2 Tickets as shown and charged by the Official Website of Spicejet was s 22462.00 which was charegd to my ICICI Bank account and confirmation provided by Spicejet. However after the payment was processes successfully, no ticket was issued. Customer Care when contacted stated that they are helpless in the matter and that if I need the tickets i must pay again and rebook the tickets. As travel was important for Business deal, I again booked the tickets through the official website of Spicejet and again paid the amount of Rs 22462.00 as per the amount charged by the site. The amount was again charged to my ICICI acount and yet AGAIN no tickets were issued. Mails from Spicejet confirmed having recieved the payment on both transactions with transaction numbers but no tickets were issued. Customer Care yet again stated that they can not help and if i need to travel, i must pay AGAIN and book tickets. As for refund of the amount, they state that it may happen in due course of process which can be one to two weeks!!! In spite of several talks and mails the Standard response is - we are looking into the matter.!!! They refuse to issue Tickets and refuse to refund the amount and pay for the Interest and damages. The Airlines is Unprofessional and Unethical and is a Cheat Organisation. They fool consumers and Customer care is a sham. I have been told to proceed legally to recover the amount.!!! On one hand they are holding a large sum of money- using it - and then harassing the consumer for the rights.!!! Shame.

                          Kindly refer your PNR no. RDZ5WK wherein five passengers travelled from Kolkata to Chennai in flight no. Spice Jet SG-324 in that my mother Bharathi Shanmugavadivu aged 87 years was a wheel passenger. We Checked in and waited a long for the attendant to take the Wheel Chair passenger but was getting delayed and we were advised by your staff to for Security for other passengers since the time for boarding was within 30 minutes. As per their advice we left my mother near the checkin counter itself assuming that she will also follow soon. We were under tension that she has not reached till the boarding commenced. Later the staff near the gate atlast informed that she has already boarded the flight. After seeing her in the flight only we were relieved but she narrated that nobody cared to take her to the flight and even an attendant who moved the wheel chair left her in between and moved out and after seeing her in stress some of the passengers enquired her what is the problem and she could reply them she knows only Tamil. Later at the last moment the attendant came and moved her to the flight. This has resulted everyone under tension and entire joy attending the Puja in Kolkata vanished instantly. The Complaint is that you should post more number of staff for this service besides your staff at the Check in counter should not made her to wait unattended nor they should not have advised other fellow passengers to go for security check. They should understand how much of tension for the aged passenger and other fellow passengers at this juncture. Only after she boarded the flight only the staff at the Gate answered properly otherwise whenever we approached them on this matter they never cared to contact the staff at the check in counter to know about the status of the Wheel Chair passenger wait for more than 45 minutes. Hope Spice Jet understand the situation and how much of anxiety we had undergone due to the carelessness of the Attendant and and miscommunication and should be avoided in future for other Wheel Chair Passengers.

                            I had booked flight tickets from Bangalore to Srinagar for 22nd October and return on 27th October (PNR N4CJNF). Spicejet is the only airline that is not providing a full refund. ALL OTHER AIRLINES (Jet Airways, Indigo, Air India and GO Air) are providing a full refund of the ticket fares until 31st October. I have called up their customer care 5 times and even emailed their customer care. The only reply I got was "A fee of 1500 INR per Passenger per one way is deducted towards the cancellation of a booking. cancellation to a booking are permitted upto 01 hour prior to the scheduled departure of the flight." That means a loss of Rs. 9000 for cancellation of return flight tickets for 3 persons. Simply not acceptable Spicejet! I don't think anybody will ever fly with your airline again.

                              Dear Hounourable Chairman, I would like to bring to your notice the inhospitable behaviour meted on to me whilst i was on board your airliner SG-524, on 26th Sept.2014. while travelling from Mumbai to Bangalore. When it was time for the inflight meal serving to the passengers, one of your flight crew, the name that i could not register did'nt even bother to enquire about my food need and just passed by from where i was seated, after a very tiresome business assignment in Mumbai, i boarded the flight to reach bangalore with a peaceful, safe and sound journey, but this did'nt happen, as on asking the flight attendent as why i was not approached, the answer was very blunt and un-friendly and i did mention about the incident which were the ones we generally face with the Air India crew who generally are very un-friendly, and that i did not expect this from a reputed private airliner.I apparently asked her for the inflight feedback slip which all airliner generally distribute to the passenger before dis-embarking. She refused to give the feedback slip for which i had mentioned that i would bring to the notice of the higher authorities of the airliner for further course of action. With this i decided to leave this incident behind and move ahead. But it was not to be, as this incident took a turn to the worse for me, the captain was probably painted some wrong picture and on arrival at bangalore, i was singled out and made to face a team of CISF officials, who incidentally did'nt bother to question me as there was'nt any life threatening incident on board. This did not end here, i was made to wait for 1-hr at the Spice Jet counter as i wanted to give in writing the incident that occurred, such that appropriate action would be taken and that such un-toward incidents never be repeated, for which i did give in writing so the the same reaches the authorities for further action. The inflight staff should be tutored to be more polite and patient especially with senior people, as i am over 54 years and my mental and and physical reflexes make not be as brisk, moreover after my business assignment in mumbai i was really fatigued and needed to have something to eat on board which ultimately took to the worse. I have absolutely no other personal vengeance against any airliner, only that, we expect to get the money's worth of service on board. Also i would not want any action taken on this crew for this mis-conduct.

                                I had booked "Pre-Booking Lunch"by a link provided by Spicejet.My PNR No was Z8S57G dated 24/09/2014 from Delhi to Kolkata.But very strangely Spicejet had not offered me any lunch.Therefore i compelled to buy the same food by cash of Rs 300/-.In this connection, i want to inform that my account was already debited by Rs 250/-. Hence, please refund my money Rs 250/- immediately. 2)The flight SG-613 was delayed and Spicejet informed that they had sent a Voucher Rs 500/- to my mail id but till date I had not received any kind of such mail.(my cell no-[protected] and mail [protected]@yahoo.co.in)

                                  I booked the ticket 11th September 2014, ( flight No. SG 282 & SG 61) to Coimbatore to Ahmedabad - Muscut. I cancelled the ticket on 4th September our PNR NO.                                   I had booked flight tickets from Delhi to Srinagar for 19 October and return on 26th October. Spicejet is the only airline that is not providing a full refund. ALL OTHER AIRLINES (Jet Airways, Indigo, Air India and GO Air) are providing a full refund of the ticket fares until 31st October. I have called up their customer care many times and even emailed their customer care. The only reply I got was "A fee of 1500 INR per Passenger per one way is deducted towards the cancellation of a booking. I have two kids of around 10 years of age and I think it is not the conducive time to go to shrinagar, regarding the news that are coming that diseases are spread. please... refund us full amount. please call immediatel. shilpa jain. mobile no.                                   FLIGHT NO SG 1073 & SG 1072 TICKETS CANCELLED REQUISITION

                                  Cancellation and then subsequent Confirmation of Flight SG 104 on 14th Feb,2015

                                  Flight Cancelled by Spicejet on 14th Feb, 2015 (sms received on 4th Feb) and again getting a confirmation sms from MakeMyTrip today that Flt SG104 is confirmed. Pl resolve as I have cancelled all my return tickets.

                                    i was travelling from varanasi to ahemdabad via delhi stoppage on[protected].i reached to the delhi airport by 4.55 p.m.and i have done through check in from varanasi airport to ahmedabad. so i have my boarding card.so at 5.45 i went to spice jet counter to confirm that my flight will depart from which gate. so the executive of spice jet told me that my flight will depart from gate no 12. and television system of airport gate also shows that my flight SG 854 will depart from gate no:-12. so i waited there till 6.05pm. my flight take off time was 6.30p.m.and when i again asked to the employee of spice jet that my flight will depart from which gate so they told me that you are so late and gate is closed.we will not allow you to board the flight.and you are off loaded. so i requested him that sir i was waiting at the gate no:-12.since 17.45p.m. because your employee and television system of airport showing me that your flight will depart from the gate no:-12.and i told him to check cameras that i was waiting near the gate no:-12 all the time.and they have board all the passangers of that flight from the gate no:-10.with out any announcements. so, iwas completely missguided by the spicejet company.and airport authority. and i have to bear the loss of my tickets and i have to travel with my new tickets and have to wait for the next day. i have to bear accomdation charge and food charge for 1 day unnecessarily.due to their mistake i cant reach to ahemadabad for my business meeting which was on that day. we request you to look in to my matter. thank you yours faithfully jay sheth [protected]
