We booked ticket from chandigarh to srinagar dated 10-Oct to 13- Oct my PNR is G77BHJ. Due to Flood in srinagar I called customer care to cancel my booking but spicejet refuse for any refund. Also spicejet offer false statement for full refund "All travel to and from Srinagar until 15th Oct 2014 is fully refundable in case any customer wishes to cancel.       CR/319265/2014 - Greetings! We had booked 5 tickets, on your plane to Chennai from Mumbai on the 28th of August (09:40 PM). As I arrived at the check in counter, to my surprise, your staff asked me to pay excess fare for 3 seats as the seats had been given to other passengers (apparently the flight was overbooked) and that they had already allotted the seats to someone else and didn't have economy seats. They were also willing to offer 2 complimentary seats (if i paid for the 3 priority seats) Please note I did not find a single priority seat on your flight (including the first 2 rows) I was informed that, this is your airline policy and that if I had to travel, I had to pay a sum of Rs 2400 in excess (which is some kind of an upgrade to premium economy, I guess) . As I was in a hurry, I made the purchase and later my co-passenger had to intervene and ask for a proper reasoning as to why we were charged, despite having paid for the tickets. None staff could not give us a proper answer and were fumbling and also agreed to refund the amount we paid. Now, I want a detailed explanation as to why I was asked to pay as I am really disappointed with this kind of a treatment noting that I had purchased 5 tickets (altogether) on your airline, failing which I will take it to the next level, Regards Venkat

        I had been put hold almost close to 30 minutes and at last forced to drop the call when enquired regarding the status of this complaint. It has been almost 4 days now I tried booking a spicejet flight from Bangalore to Mumbai and 3798/- deducted through Internet banking however it had given a session time out error but did not refund the amount. Request you to look into this matter urgently.

          We booked a ticket through our agent 'Poppye Tours Private ltd., ' The passenger details as below; Mr.Suresh Gopal Mr.Rakkimuthu Sivasamy From Coimbatore to Mumbai Flight schedule is 12.09.14 and Flight no.SG451 Dep Time:20.55. due to could not come and catch the flight for the second of schedule at 45min time perior, the airlines peoples instructed to cancel the ticket immediately at the airport. We cancelled the ticket right away near by the jet airways counter at the Coimbatore airport. And rescheduled and booked the ticket by next day. After that we informed our agent about the cancellation of the ticket and requested to refund the amount / reduced bill. But they informed to us you were there after schedule of second you have delayed 5 minutes. So they cannot get the refund from Spice jet. Please explain is there any issue to refund the money. Note: Already we received a receipt of cancellation ticket from the Jet Airways counter at the airport. If you need I can send it to your for further clarification. Please advise to proceed further.               Dear Sir, We have booked our tickets of SpiceJet Flight against PNR No XXXXX(not disclosed), of dated 24.10.14 of Delhi to Srinagar and Return on 30.10.14. (Return Tickets) As you know Now the situation of Srinagar is not good to travel and when we are going to cancel our ticket we called Spicejet Customer care, they people are saying cancellation charges would be Rs. 1500.00 (per Ticket). We had booked 5 tickets and the cancellation charges would be 15, 000 (for both journeys). My complaint is for that why the cancellation charges will be there when our reason of cancellation is valid. We have also cancelled all our hotel bookings they didn't deduct a single amount.                 Dear Mr Maran, hi, this is Anoop Jose, PNR no 0791VM I have started writing this at 11.20 pm from Vizag airport waiting for flight no SG 3278, which was supposed to get boarded to Chennai from Vizag at 7.30 pm, no one know what the reason for delay, they had told at 9.20 pm that due to bad weather flight has got deviated back to Chennai, I cant understand what is the issue with weather when other flights have taken off from the same runway also n no of other flights has taken off from Chennai run way too, so please stop blaming on weather now. Just a minute before the executive had made an announcement that the flight has again got delayed and expected boarding time is 01:00 hrs, tomorow happened to be my loved ones birthday and I thought of giving a surprise by wishing her birthday at 12 O clock, now that was priceless which has got spoiled completely because of your *****ing airlines..Would like to mention that this is not the first time that this flight has got dealyed and screwed me, i have been an unfortunate frequent flier of spicejet, Oh the crowd again become violent, and have started asking your so called executives why it was not announced earlier, as per your executive earlier scheduled departure was 11.20 pm and at 11.30 pm executive announced about the revised schedule of 01:00 hrs, crazy guys !! and no one is interested to reply back to the customers. Would request you to take 10 minis out from your busy schedule and read the mails which has been addressed to you, There are plenty in this forum.                   Respected Sir, I am Mr.Shailendra kumar, working in saket city hospital, new delhi, This is to bring your notice that, on 10th september 2014 at 1.20 pm my father, Mr Mohan Lalappa has travelled from delhi to Hyderabad ( spicejet SG 233, PNR- SG-EBJW6X)), He reached their at 3.30pm . At baggage collecting area he did not get his bag( it was maroon color medium sized travelling bag), As i enquired in delhi & in hyderabad airport they said my dad luggage entry is not showing, how come it is not showing when he submitted the bag, your check in staff has done the mistake, they did not give any information of bag to my dad, just they took it and shown him the way, It becomes almost a day, Kindly do the needful My contact detail no is- [protected].

                    To all those who get carried away by the low fares of spice jet-take care. Our experience has shaken us so much that we will never fly with this airlines again. My husband was booked on SG 622 on Sept 10th-flight from Delhi to Kolkata. Suddenely he received a text message on 9th October that his flight is cancelled and he should contact the airline to rebook. There was no reason or phone call from the airlines. He was already in Delhi on 9th September-thus he reschedules his return flight to Kolkata to the next one ie 19.25pm iso 17.25. He arrived at the airport on time, only to be informed that the flight was delayed to 20.45. The airlines did not bother to explain the reason. He waited along with other passengers only to be informed within an hour that the flight was delayed-no one knew what time, if the flight would take off or not.All the passengers were waiting-finally they were informed that flight would take off at 9.45pm. No one was provided any food coupons or refreshments at the airport. Imagine passengers who are with infants, elderly passengers etc-all need to fend for themselves. Once again no explanation was provided. Finally at 10pm, the bus arrived -and took the passengers to the wrong aircraft-people got down and then were asked to get back into teh bus. The bus finally took them to right aircraft-and once everyone had boarded-the plane did not move. When everyone started shouting-crew claimed that captain had ordered refreshments for the passengers. All started shouting and said that the captain had better fly them to Kolkata. Thus plane took off at 10.20pm, arrived in Kolkata past midnight and my husband reached home at 1.30 am in the morning. Who would want to go through this again ? We are all salaried hard working folks-why should we go through this ? And why is it that DGCA allows such incidents-why are the airlines not pulled up for such irresponsible disservice to the people of this great nation ? Please do something-there are many such indicents recurring. Finally this morning, my husband received a message that he has received INR 1000 coupon as a compensation-who would wish to use this coupon on such an airline and be harrassed again ?

                      ticket amount is not yet refunded for 2 tickets one was cancelled on same day of booking 23rd April 2014 and the whole amount was supposed to be refunded but still not refunded, and the second ticket was cancelled on 17th July 2014 and still not refunded.

                        Greetings!! I am Sudhir, and I am a frequent traveler. This week this was the 4th journey on spice jet.I am from one of the TATA companies. I traveled by Spice Jet on dated 8th Sep 2014 by flight No 153 from Bangaluru to Mumbai, vide PNR A3NW4C. I was seated on seat No. 13F . My booking is done on corporate booking. While my meal was booked, by my travel desk. One Mr. Ali a crew member waked me from my sleep for meal. I asked Mr. Ali to offer me a non-veg meal. To which Mr.Ali refused saying its veg meal that has been booked. I requested him to charge me extra for the same. He declined my request by being so stubborn. I refused to veg meal. He did not bother to offer me any alternative and moved off. I felt so disappointed with his behavior and attitude. I traveled without eating anything, shocked to see such a behaviour from a staff.

                          Hi, I had booked a ticket for my wife to travel on 7th Sep 2014 by spicejet with PNR: NEQ77B. On 4th i receive an SMS saying the flight has been cancelled by spicejet and to call their customer care for rebooking on alternate flight. I have been trying since last 16 hours with more than 150 calls to their customer care and it always keeps you on hold and no body answers. i tried calling their local airport counters for assistance as well but the lady at the counter was rude and disconnected saying i am busy. With just a day left to go before the travel and spicejet is not answering the customer phones or emails which i have written to them this is causing me huge inconvenience and the worst part is nothing can be done from end which i have not tried till now. Please register my complaint. Thanks Davis

                            Was travelling from Hyderabad to Bangalore via SG 872 flight.At the check in counter our total baggage was 29kilos.and there was a cabin baggage of 6kilos. The lady at the check in counter refused to allow the cabin baggage saying it will not fit in the cabin and charged 1000 Rs extra. After reaching Bangalore I measured the cabin bag and it was well within the specified 115 cams.We (2 o[censored]s me and my husband)argued since we were eligible for cabin baggage of 14 kilos and we had only 6kilos.Inspite of my repeated requests to the staff at your check in counter she has charged me 1000/ extra.If this is the way you train your staff at check in counters I am sorry to say that there are other carriers also ..our experience with other airlines has never been like this.please revert immediately.                                 This is to bring to your attention the poor management at the ticketing counter at the Chennai airport on 23rd July morning. Owing to the rush, we had to wait in line for close to 30 minutes (from 5:15 am to 5:50 am) for obtaining our boarding passes. There was no counter dedicated for the Mumbai bound flight and as a result, the Mumbai customers were left requesting others in the line to give them way. There were no support staff as well. After obtaining the boarding pass, we had to run to the security check-in which was extremely congested. Again, here too there were no Spicejet staff (Indigo, JetAir staff were seen helping out their customers clear the check quickly). We managed to some-how request others to let us through and finally managed to clear the check and reach the boarding gate by 6:30 by which time the gate had closed for boarding. This was extremely frustrating as proper queue management at the ticketing counter would have prevented the delay. Unable to board the flight even after turning up an hour prior to departure goes to show the state of affairs.

                                  I made a booking from Jammu(IXJ) to Srinagar(SXR) on 26/08/2014 for the date 01 January, 2015. I checked and confirmed the ticket but due to some website faulty reasons my booking was done as on date 01 Dec, 2014. Now, I am trying to contact the Spicejet, there is no response. I called for about 30-50 times, there is no response. I cant reschedule my bookings. Please do the needful for the above subject. It was the fault of the company's website. I have been facing a loss of Rs 18000 due to this.My PNR No. is KC3ZGK

                                    My ticket was cancelled due to late off loading and i was told to call to the customer care for the refund but no one is answering my call. PLease refund my money.My pnr status is N3NZ7F. the flight was of 27th aug 2014.at 3:50 pm. PLease refund my money as soon as possible.

                                      Had to cancel my flight to rajkot on 1/07/14 due to ill health. Went to goa airport and spicejet desk for refund. All formalities were completed and refund was made in my debit card with my PIN number. But no refund shows in my account till date, spicejet have just been uncooperative in helping me. They insist refund was made .pls help the amount is some 13000rs

                                        On SpiceJet 30th august 2014 is my flight cancelled from Bangalore to Hyderabad. I received SMS as due to operational issues flight cancelled. Then, i called to spice Jet customer care. No one is responding. Tried approximately 20 times from morning. Then who should help. I booked on spice jet official site. Really, this people are irresponsible. Please, government wakeup and take some action. When i am trying to modify flight on another time of same day they are charging me online 1500 Rs. as cancellation charges. Really, its weird and hyper tension to me. Spice Jet really messed with me this time.
