Spice Jet Airlines — Flight ticket booked wrongly due to Spicejet's, mistake company not refunding properly | |||||
SpiceJet Booking PNR UFVD2R: 21 Apr 2017 BKK-Kolkata for MS. STEFANER As this is an issue regarding the malfunctioniong cooperation between paytm and spicejet, what concerns the booking system, I'm urged to write you also for your support, as spicejet is wrongly not admitting to its mistakes and just as paytm refuses to take its responsibilities. Recapitulating: 1. After trying to book an flight om spicejet flight, my booking was rejected as my card was not good enough for booking. There was a clear rejection of my credit card. There is at least one confirmed message, which I can forward to you, and a confirmation of rejection on the website. 2. So with no other option I was forced to buy another flight as that booking according to spicejet website never happened. I could not call them. .. The time was not there and the website for me was proof enough there was no ticket issued. The email confirming a booking arrived LATER!! 3. Spicejet stíll booked it although paytm wrote not possible with my card. 4.I called spucejet as soon as I realized ThEIR mistake and they said no problem, they will refund me FULLY 5. After having to contact them again they refunded me just 27 euros instead of 60 6.They never mentioned cancellation fees until then, where I called them thrice, each time they interrupted the call, even though I was on the line long time, about one hour in total. I asked to speak to someone capable of doing the customer service job but was refused so. I was NEVER told about any cancellation fees until that call, not even at the time of cancellation. Spicejet never informed me and is refusing to provide evidence. They are even refusing ro send me a valid order nr and invoice, upto date paytm cannot find anything with the reference provided. IF I KEW, I may have opted for another option... Like a change of name or cancellation of air asia flight. But I repeat, and please listen to that, their worker DID NOT inform me, instead he confirmed a FULL refund within a certain given time frame (which was lately ignored) I requestd a full escalation of this case and a fair proceeding, but was just ignored. I am willing to take legal steps, even if it cost me more than what they have actually stolen from me. I'm however hoping in a fair and quick resolution from your side, one that they weren't able to offer so far, in order to avoid a lot of hassle for all o[censored]s.
