Spice Jet Airlines — Flight tickets to srinagar on 2nd of september

Hello team,

I have booked a holiday package for 2nd of september (total of 5 tickets. 2 from delhi to srinagar and 3 from jammu to srinagar)
But due curfew in the srinagar valley i am cancelling my holiday plan. can you please provide me with the full refund for my package?

I booked a flight from chennai to vizag on 6th august, 2016.I cancelled it due to the delay of the flight with no. SG-502.i was promised refund but the money is not yet credited into my account.please resolve it for me.I have booked the ticket in paytm.the order no. is #[protected].It was sold by EaseMyTrip
