I booked a flight from chennai to vizag on 6th august, 2016.I cancelled it due to the delay of the flight with no. SG-502.i was promised refund but the money is not yet credited into my account.please resolve it for me.I have booked the ticket in paytm.the order no. is #[protected].It was sold by EaseMyTrip

We have booked a bus from ahmedabad to junagadh for 11 pm first.
At 6 pm we have informed that our flight is getting late due to operations.
So again we have booked new bus at 00:30 am on 29 th of august and which is last for us.
On Pune airports spice jet staff have not arranged any customer support, they are really non sense people.
We have not get any support also from online customer care.
Then we have filed a complaint for this matter in complaint book.
I have a photo of that complaint and u can see this attached with this and back side of this we have mentioned PNR no of our tickets.
We request you to clear and please refund us our valuable money.
I have checked so many complaints and I have found that this flight is late many times .
Then I request spice jet officials to change your timings. Please don't make shame as an Indian airline's.
