Spice Jet Airlines — need of travel certificate

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra

I m working at Indian naval ship.I take a journey from Delhi to Mumbai on 18 may 2014(SG 117).I lost my boarding pass after complete the journey.but the same is required for me for my claim the spent money on ticket.I contacted at spice jet office on santacruz airport Mumbai for the same.they suggested me to get the travel certificate through online services.i received a attachment of travel certificate by spice jet.but this is actually not a travel certificate.its only lourney e ticket.
