Sir,
I was booking a flight from Dehradun to Jaipur on 30.03.2022 in the name of Mrs. Vibha Arya with mobile no. [protected] and email id elec.ombudsman.[protected]@gmail.com. I paid Rs. 4408 through Google pay, The transaction was showing pending for a long time but money was debited from my account. I then made another booking through my debit card which was successful. I called customer care and I was told that the money will be credited within 7 days. After 7 days of contacting customer care I was told that it was from google pay so I contacted customer care. I was told by them to contact the bank that the transaction was successful at their end. I contacted the bank and raised a complaint and then today I was told by the bank customer care that the money was credited to the beneficiary and transaction was successful at their end. I am enclosing the screenshot of the google pay transaction details for Rs. 4408.00
I request you to kindly refund the money as booking was not successful for this transaction.

Kindly check my trailing emails to nodal officer for redressal of my grievance for refund of money which was deducted at the time of booking a flight but the same has yet not been refunded after a long period even after so much persuasion.
Now I am forced to contact you and also going to file a complaint against Spicejet for the same. I also want a compensation of Rs. 2000.00 for such a deliberate delay and lackadaisical working of your Airlines for holding my money for that long without any reason, while I was told that I will get refund within 3-4 working days.

It had been more than one month of complaining for refund and I still have not got refund from you. I dont know if you really have professionals in your concerned department of you are intensionally delaying the matter. How long do you think I have to keep patience, is there any time limit.
