Hi,

This is Abhishek shekhar. I am writing this in behalf of my sister Ratna Sinha who supposed to travel on 22nd december from Bangalore to Pune. Flight number is SG 531. Since 21st we were trying to download boarding pass but we were unable to do. So on 22nd she reached the airport early. When she was doing her web check-in, they told that all seats are filled and web check-in already over might be a day before. And they have booked the ticket for the next day.

My 1st que is that is flights have become a general compartment train? If you have already filled the seats on what earth you guys are selling the tickets. She had to attend important client meeting. Because of this bluder she had to reschedule the whole meeting and also had to pay rs 2560/- for travelling expense for both ways. Who will gonna pay this?

I am really fed-up and not leave this issue easily i want the resolution for this and also want full compensation for the travelling expense. I will not ready to pay useless.

For quickly summary i am giving the details below.

      Flight SG 350 Jodhpur to Mumbai was cancelled on 21st December & rescheduled after 25 hrs. on 22nd December. Kindly provide compensation for accommodation & food charges done during this period.

        Hi this is to inform you that I am not getting my refund for the reference id “[protected]” and amount of Rs “2924”debited from my account the screenshot is attached below.
        I have been trying from 16th December by mailing and calling to your custrelation team of spicejet no one is replying also they are asking for what all things card detail authorization code I am not getting it why am I supposed to give all this details when I am attaching my bank statement.
        Please kindly help me with it. As I am not expecting anything from spicejet I have lost hope from them.

            I booked 3 tickets through easemytrip with pnr id :- C7DC7V which got cancelled and airlines falsely stated that customer cancelled tickets through their website. I immediately had to make new bookings due to this fraud which cost me higher 10000 Rs. as i would not get my visa issued without my return tickets. now easemytrip issued me refund for the tickets deducting cancellation charges of airlines 13500/- Rs. and 1500 Rs. of easemytrip. i got refund of my bookings which i had never cancelled and i am barring a wrong cancellation charges for the same . So When i asking for waiver of cancellation charges which i never cancelled spiejet not giving me the same. i bared the cost of 10000 Rs. higher for making new bookings plus 15000 Rs. cancellation charges i want back. A family Customer like me should be suffered from such fraud and should be given waiver and money back for wrongly charges levied. My money is hard earned and if you take it wrongly will not be a good ethics and you should refund me the same. i am attaching you the proof of new bookings made at the same moment after the cancellation. spicejet will never be happy by taking my hard earned money.

              PNR LHKN3H.. tried to reissue ticket through website for a date change. Used different modes of payment but ticket did not get reissued though amount got deducted. Customer care was MOST UNHELPFUL. Have called, written emails, provided payment reference numbers but spicejet is enjoying getting 3 times the amount and not interested in returning back for something that is clearly an issue with their website. Please help to get the refund as it is hard earned money
              No action taken from anyone on this. What is the point of such consumer complaint forums? See everyones comments... All of them have faced issues with spicejet and the airline sits silent.

                I tried to buy a ticket at the beginning of October. Something went wrong at the final stage saying “transaction hasn’t been successful”, but money was deducted actually and wasn’t returned automatically. 2.5 months of emails with spice jet, provided all the transaction details already twice, it’s still not processed. They send messages like “we understand it’s stressful for you, our team is working on it”, but it’s just a lie. I found multiple reviews like mine and it’s shocking how it’s possible. Their website / processing doesn’t work properly for a few years already, but they don’t care that they steal money, because money from failed transactions actually getting to their account.

                  Why we need to pay for the seat charges after booking flight tickets by paying hefty amount.
                  Are we paying just to stand in airline this is utter disgusting and disappointing.
                  You greedy People want to suck our money where ever you all can.
                  Give us one single reason why we need to pay for seats after booking tickets.
                  And while doing web checkin there is no single seat where you are not charging money and that too 1000 extra.
                  We need our hard earned money wherever you and the airlines are sucking from us.

                    I booked for flight from Dubai to Calicut. Initial time was 15 December 7:55pm. Then I got a message that it is departing early by 55mins. I came to airport at 3pm just to avoid worries. But they told me flight departed at 12:55. Which is 7 hours early.

                    So I went to office and they told me they have informed through email. No I didn't receive any mail from the spicejet. The staff searched my entire email. He even checks my personal email and messages which is not cool. Then I asked them to give me next flight. Instead they booked next day flight for me. What about my day? They didn't provide me with any accommodation or food. My entire day and next day also gone. I had to spend one more night in a costly city like Dubai. I am not a person who works in Dubai. I came here to visit. I lost 2 days salary pay and I had to live in Dubai for one more night. They didn't pay me nothing.

                    I had to take leave in office on thursday and friday. Also I had paid additional for the window seat in my initial booking. They booked me the side seat. Rescheduling flights with 7 hour gaps is not at all accepted. We are booking evening flights for our convenience.

                    This has happened to me in spiceJet before too. Now I can't stay silent. If you didn't provide me with the compensation I would never ever book in Spicejet and will start to move legally.

                    I need a full refund + 1 day accomodation and food cost in Dubai + My 2 days salary compensation.

                        Please note that I booked two tickets (Passengers Dr Priyadarsini, and Dr Karthyayani) to travel from DXB to IXE on Oct 31 2022 for travel on Nov 1 2022 via the SpiceJet Booking PNR JYYWWC (attached) .
                        An hour later I was called by the airline to let me know the flight will be rescheduled to later in the night closer to 930 PM instead of 420 PM

                        This grievance is regarding the cancellation of a flight booking I had made through SpiceJet for 3rd Jan'2023. It is very frustrating to know that the airline is cancelling a ticket that a customer has booked weeks before, especially when the date of travel is nearing and doesn't give any flexible option to book alternate flights as per customer preference (even within the same airlines). Also, not sure why a fare difference fee/any charges should get applied in such scenarios!! I was told to pay 13k extra for an alternate spicejet flight that I suggested! Why should I bear this exuberant charge for no mistake of mine? The team agrees on this but has no resolution in place! The cancellation of the flight has definitely hampered my travel plan and now the prices are skyrocketing (obviously since the date of travel is nearing!)! Moreover, it is very surprising to see that the cancelled flight is still available for booking in all portals (including the Spicejet website). So, is the airline plan to inform the customers who book the flight today about its cancellation sometime next week? Curious to know, if otherwise! I feel very cheated as a customer and will think twice before booking a flight with SpiceJet now. I'll ensure that everyone gets notified of this issue so that at least they don't fall prey to it. Have addressed this issue with Customer Relations of SpiceJet as well but no response

                          Dear Team

                          I had booked tickets 23 days in advance of travel. the cancellation was done in less than an hour from booking of ticket.

                          I called up the SpiceJet customer Care twice with regards to cancellation of the ticket. They told me that the cancellation charges of 3100 would be applicable per passenger. Further since they are doing it on my behalf additionally Rs 250 per passenger would be applicable. So they asked me to cancel online and save on rs 250 per passengeR

                          please note that spicejet website / portal do not have an option to opt out of charges during cancellations. It should have looked at what was the time from date of booking till cancellation but the portal charges flat charges of 3100 per passenger irrespective of the date of cancellations

                          There is a government policy that full refund should be processed if the cancellation was done in less than 24 hours but in my two conversations with SpiceJet they completely denied on this and asked me to compulsory pay charge of 3100 per passenger

                          I was force to cancel it online stating there is no refund they can give and now they are stating that since i canceled online they can’t give refund

                          Cancellation done less than 24 hours and as per government policy I should get full refund

                            I took Spicejet Flight(SG054) from Dubai to calicut on 11/12/2022, 12.50 PM.Its my first international trip in Spicejet.At the boarding gate a person from airline is shouting at the passengers, he is treating the passengers as slaves. When i came for boarding, this person standing with a weighing machine (first time i am seeing this) & Weighing hand baggage & laptop bag. Then he is shouting at me to pay for each extra 1KG- 60 Dirhams, or you will miss the flight. I told him i will pay and paid, still this person is shouting at other Passengers and i also met a lady who is crying due to his shouting &arrogance nature. we Expect Ground staffs to support passengers like other airlines do, but this particular person is doing just opposite to that. If this is Spicejet policy to make money by doing this type of activity, then better to do pickpocketing. The Flight was delay, i need to get compensation for each minute of flight delay ie 60 Dirhams for each minute of delay. If you can charge for extra baggage, you need to pay compensation for all the passengers travelling in this flight for your delay. Also, the handle of the baggage is broken due to mishandling by your people. I need to get compensation for that too. This is my First & last Flight in Spicejet due to your Worst Service. I will not recommend Spicejet to any of my friends, company& also will post your bad behavior in Social media too...

                              I had a duplicate booking on spice jet which I cancelled on the same day of booking (October 18, 2022) under PNR CID12R. After repeated follow ups by phone and emails there seem to be no response from Spice jet call center except that the refund has been "initiated" on November 23, 2022. Till date the refund has not been credited to my credit card account and spicejet call centre refuses to provide any confirmation of payment made.

                              I have written email to [protected]@spicejet.com and [protected]@spicejet.com the emails bounce back and there is no feedback form emails marked to [protected]@spicejet.com.

                                I booked flight ticket from bagdogra to delhi on 11 dec'2022 with pnr reflecting on my ticket QJUL8B. we are 3 passengers
                                Ashwani Prasad seats allocated 21C
                                Mastr Vahin Prasad seat allocated 21D
                                Shifali seat allocated 20D

                                All of the above are auto allocated seats

                                Being highly reputed and customer concerned airline seats assigned to me and my family were all different moreover my 4 years old child also has to seat without his parents. Please try to understand my concern and help me by reallocating seat together of all 3 passengers or give me atleast 2 seats together so that one of the parent can sit with the child.
                                I have called customer care also but they are also helpless in this issue. Being such customer friendly airline i hope my issue will be resolved and I will experience hassle free journey.
