Spice Jet Airlines — not refunding my cancelled flight ticket amount

I had booked a ticket on the flight sg 501 from ahmedabad to coimbatore for 3rd june, but due to some issue the flight was cancelled. The following are the booking detail: pnr - yi8qnh
Name - siddharth kumar singh.
The flight company has not returned the booking amount, they are carrying it forward in the credit shell, but i wont be travelling in spice jet ever again. I want refund in my account. Even the policies say that refund can be made via bank transfer also, credit shell is not compulsory.
