Spice Jet Airlines — Refund against the cancellation of flight on 22.01.2025

I am Govind (Mobile No. [protected]) and have booked 02 tickets in Spice jet for Delhi to Bengaluru (PNR No. S9W75F). The travelling date was 22.01.2025. I made an expense of Rs. 21, 366/-.

However, after reaching at the Airport, the airline at the last moment informed via message that "Due to operational reason, your Spice Jet flight SG759 from Delhi-Bengaluru dated 22.01.2025 has been cancelled." We requested at the ticket counter also to make arrangement in another flight but they did not help at all and informed that your refund will come. However, till today i did not receive any refund in my account. Therefore, I request you to kindly resolve the issue at the earliest and refund my amount of Rs. 21, 366/-. Thanks.
