Not refunding amount for cancelled ticket

I have booked ticket for my Mother under PNR#PJ7BE for an amount of around INR 15000 which I have to cancel it due to some reasons. As per policy they have deducted cancellation charges of around INR 6000 and balance INR 9000 they have kept under my mother name to be used for future ticket. Refund of cancelled ticket

The Spice Jet ticket (PNR : O9W4HS) was cancelled on October 7, 2022. The payment for this ticket was made by Debit Card.

Initially Spice Jet sad that they will refund the money within 21 working days. I find that they have put the refund amount in Credit Shell ! I had not requested for Credit Shell at all.

We received numerous calls on our mobile asking for bank details but we declined to do so without proper...

Payment done but PNR not generated. Email and phone called SpiceJet but not received refund.

I was trying to book a flight ticket for two people from GAU to IXS on the SpiceJet Website on 5th Jul 2022. I entered all the flight and passenger details. Then, I entered my card details and made the payment of Rs 10, 062 using my debit card. The amount was deducted from my bank account but after the webpage reloaded, it was in the flight search page and I did not get any ticket nor any booking confirmation through email or SMS.

A group of people cheated me on the name of confirming job in Spice Jet

Hello Spice Jet Team,
Yesterday, I received a call from [protected] and they convinced me that they are hiring for Spice Jet by sending ID proof and Spice Jet logo. They made me to give aptitude test. Baggage damage claim.

I have booked the ticket from Kanpur - Mumbai on dated 13th Feb-22 with PNR No. : WBQT3Z Journey Date: 07th Mar-22.

Ticket payment was done, itinerary or booking confirmation details not received on email and no response from customer care center

complaint against non refundment of cancelled flight tickets

We have booked Spicejet flight tickets from Chennai to Tuticorin for four members during the March month for the date of May 10.

All the flight operations were get cancelled due to covid pandemic and money was kept in credit shell.

Not able to cancel flight ticket

I have booked a ticket on 24th October. But due to some uncertain issues need to cancel my ticket. I have contacted with SpiceJet executives in airport they are not able to cancel it. The customer service is not responding after making a numerous effort. This is the worst experience I’ve ever faced. I usually prefer the SpiceJet Over other airlines.
