Spice Jet Airlines — Refund not received

Address: Flat no 272, The landmark CGHS, Plot no 7, Sector 51, Gurgaon-122001

I Book flight PNR No LFHKQD/ SG, Sat, Sep. 28, 2024 for Delhi to Phuket. Flight had been cancelled 4 day before departure by Spice jet. Now even after 1 month no of email has been sent, but spice jet is not refunding my money.
