REJECTED BOARDING PASS Sir, PLEASE NOTE THAT MY FAMILY SUFFER, TENSION, HARRASEMENT AND MONEY LOSSED (44, 500 INR) ON REJECTING BOARDING PASS BY SPICE JET AUTHORITIES AT VISAKHAPATNAM AIRPORT ON 3RD SEPTEMBER 2016. I booked the ticket to my family (wife, son -9 Yrs & daughter - 4 Yrs) from Visakhapatnam to Dubai on 3rd September 2016 by Spice Jet with my credit card from Sharjah. (PNR No. Q9RIGG) Flight schedule departure is 7:45 pm. Due to unexpected reasons (vehicle problem & traffic jam) My family reached to counter at 7:00 pm by finish security scan. The Spice Jet officer rejected to give boarding pass at that moment by asking credit card proof. She told that ticket booked by my husband which his name mentioned in my passport. He denied and asked to send credit card copy by mail. Meanwhile she requested, pleaded because time is running up. But he did not accepted, he showed arrogant, harsh behavior and no respect. She felt lot of tension and bothered by them. Finally he stopped by saying not attached credit card authorized copy. We never seen this kind of issues/problems in other Airlines. When I called (3rd SEP, 7:20 PM) to officer for asking request to give boarding pass, he said they came late. Then, how this officer gave boarding pass to 5 passengers who came after my family. We suffered a lot and feel nervous like never had before. My kind request to look into this matter. Thanks & Regards, Y.
