I am surprised to note the parrot like repeated mechanical answers from SpiceJet Nodal Officer and Appellate Officer. I don’t know to whom you made the refund of Rs 5903.00 and and its basis. Who requested for this partial refund? The amount due is Rs. 8593.00. Anyway I have not received any amount so far. You are requested to ensure refund of Rs 8593.00 at the earliest.
