Spice Jet Airlines — SpiceJet Booking PNR I9LUKG: 12 Jan 2017 Kochi-Delhi for MR. PK

I am surprised to note the parrot like repeated mechanical answers from SpiceJet Nodal Officer and Appellate Officer. I don’t know to whom you made the refund of Rs 5903.00 and and its basis. Who requested for this partial refund? The amount due is Rs. 8593.00. Anyway I have not received any amount so far.

You are requested to ensure refund of Rs 8593.00 at the earliest.

I don't require any clarification, since spicejet is an organisation not even ashamed of profiteering from the dead bodies of dear ones of its own customers.

Again I don't believe such an organisation will ever understand any humanitarian concerns.

Anyway, I have far better experiences with Jetair and Indigo.

Further, the refund of INR 5903 has been refunded towards the same agency account from which the booking was confirmed. We would request you to contact same travel agency for refund. Also note that the travel agency will refund the amount as per their own terms of contract.

I can not consider a person who could write like this ( "we have reviewed on your concern and we regret our inability to consider your request for the same" ) as a human being...and I regret that I traveled several times in this kind of an inhuman airline...

Now let it be my turn...I reserve the right to give as much as publicity for this inhuman attitude of SpiceJet using all available social and other medias...

Could not travel due to the sad incident of expiry of my father on that day. The inhuman airline kept utter silence for several days. Now they are saying full refund is given to the agent and contact them. Agent is saying to contact Spice jet.

Both the airline and their agent seems to be competing each other to make money even by using dead body of human beings...
