SPICEJET AIRLINE - WORST AIRLINE & LEAST COOPERATIVE STAFF To whomsover this mail may reach in Spicejet Airlines I would like to register a COMPLAINT and bring this to notice of spicejet management that me and my wife were travelling today to port blair but were not allowed to CHECK IN 11th March 2017 that too on my 1st Wedding Anniversary. Even after requesting so many times at the check in counter staff didnt allow us or extended any sort of help for the check in or fast entrance. They said sir it will take for u to check in and gave numerous reason to deny check in rather than helping us in getting things done quickly. I planned a surprise trip for my wife and completly got ruined coustesy to spicejet. We had to Miss our Anniversary Celebration and first day at port blair where we had booked the hotel and planned other activities . We had to book the tickets of some another airline of next day i.e. of 12th March 2017 all becos of the mistake of spice jet staff for not helping and cordinating We had to bear additional hotel expense ticket expense and spoiled our 1st Wedding Anniversary. Do you service the same way with VIP as well or do u guys wait or delay flight for them i guess everyone knows the answer. But you guys cant allow general passenger to check in normally. Trip Details are mentioned below. PNR : G835YM From: Delhi to Portblair Flight No. SG 107 Passenger name: Irwin Kainth Date of incident: 11- March-2017 Departure of the flight was 6.55 A.M and we reached the check-in counter at 6.05. I am sure that 50 mins was sufficient for any airline to allow us to check-in as i travel with other airlines they allow everytime to check in even if we are 20min before but i guess for spicejet 50min was not enough. I was travelling for the first time with Spicejet and surely this was the first and last booking i made with them. It is indeed the worst nightmare i could think of or i would say worst experience of my life. Other Airlines carrier are so cooperative and cordinate so well that they extend their help in faster Check-in even i[censored] get reach late sometimes.. But spice jet staff simply said No for everything. We cant do anything sir. To conclude i simply want the entire amount of the tickets to be refunded. Looking forwards to hear from you.
