Spice Mobile — not repaired my phone properly (in more than 2 and half month)

Dear Sirs/ madams
i phone not repaired properly in more than 2 and half working days. i am also try to contact company but its not give me suitable solution and not extend my warranty also. i am also attached my last two job sheet and again i m submit my phone as well as possible

please sir resolved this tell me how to file a complain (case ) in consumer court regarding this .

PLS RESOLVED MY COMPLAIN ITS REALLY WORTH BRAND I M ALSO SAY TO ALL MY FRIENDS DONT BUY SPICE PRODUCT PLEASE EXTEND MY WARRANTY AND ITS NOT RESLOVED MY PROBLEM IN SPECIFIEC PERIOD (MORE THAN 4 MONTHS ) I AM RECEIVED MY MOBILE BUT ITS NOT FULLY REPAIRED BY SPICE SERVICE CENTER LUDHIANA OR COMPNAY SERVICE CENTER
