[Resolved] Spice Mobiles — 431q - new phone, having heating issue, battery problem. Company service center not accepting doa request. | |||
Hi, I have purchased a spice mobile phone model Xlife-431Q from Spice company own HotSpot outlet.. Phone having heating problem, sometimes touch screen problem and very less battery life. Not even the half as claimed by the Company on Mobile Phone Box. On the box it claimed 4 GB on board memory but only provide 900 MB. When I approach to the Hotspot store, they are saying nonsense and telling me that I should use 8GB memory card, then only it will work properly. They feel that all the other people and whatever they may say, should be followed. I approached to the service center, they told that, they will send the set to head quarter for DOA inspection and next day they are telling me that, its been rejected and I can take back my handset. How come a phone will be couriered and inspected and return back to the service center in just 24 hours when it was supposed to send from Lucknow to Noida and vice versa. It only means that service center not doing their job properly and only providing mislead and wrong information. They don't want to provide a DOA whereas it should be provided as phone just purchased 5 days back and creating problem. Company persons only giving non sense excuses that, I should not use the DATA. If it is not suppose to be used DATA in this phone then why they are selling SMARTPHONE. They should only sell feature bar phone. If anyone can help me in order to convey my message to the authority of spice mobiles. Please look in this matter and help me to replace this faulty phone.
