Ref: Spice Pinnacle mi550. Purchased from Home Shop 18 vide order No. TARA1006586 dated 11.01.2014 The inbuilt camera glass at the back has developed sc arches, resulting hazy photos. The phone was taken to your service centres all around Kolkata, viz. Billenium Sales and Service, 6 Chowringhee Lane. As reported that the camera can't be repaired by them.
