[Resolved] Spice Mobiles — Complaint against service centre | |||
Dear Team It's very disappointing me about the service of your service centre provided.I ordered Spice phone from infibeam and it is in warranty period. I gave the mobile on 29 march 2014. My mobile was not switched on, when i go to service centre the person told that there was capacitor problem(it was melt ). He told me after 5 -6 days it will on working condition. But yet no any information about my handset. It is so irritating and i have faces so many issues. Kindly help me to get my phone in working condition I shall be very thankful to you.
