[Resolved]  Spice Mobiles — My New spice MI 449 Having Display problem in only 20 days

My self have purchased Spice MI 449 Android Phone from Home shop 18 by online shopping mode with cash on delivery payment system before 25 days ago, But now this andoird is not working well, My display screen shows lines with bad sector designs and also words are not showing clear and straight, I already tried many solutions with software and hardware process, But there is no any solution availed for the same problem, so I request to home shop 18 to not give fake products and replaced products All the products are used and defective at home shop 18 Now i will go to consumer court and also in civil court, or home shop 18 has to change my android if they dont do the same than they will have to pay me large for this .
