[Resolved] Spice Mobiles — Not providing Battery from last 5 months | |||
I have purchased Spice Pinnacle Pro Mi-535 Mobile Phone - Brown on 5 sep 2013 from Homeshop18 now in feb 2014 my handset's battery become faulty they ( service centre in lucknow) provides me a new battery after 1.5 months now again in may battery becomes faulty i have contacted in service centre and contacted in his head office also and also with homeshop18 now after 5 to 6 months no one is their to provide me a new battey. My view is customer care should provide parts of mobile within 15 days. (not provides me after 6 months now warranty period had also over) If they can not provide parts then they have to close their company. After spending 13000 rs now i am with no mobile in indian language IN GHATIYA COMPANY KI WAJAS SE AAM JANTA KO DIKKAT HOTI HAI SAALO KO LAAT MAAR KE BHAGA DENA CHAIYE.
